Differentiating Between a Corpus Callosum Lesion and VGKC-Antibody Encephalitis as Causes of Organic Mania and Psychosis in A Patient With Past Hypoxic Brain Injury

Presenting symptoms duringthe following psychiatric hospital admission included excitable and labile mood, hyperactivity, poor sleep, pressured speech, grandiose ideas and possible mood-congruent auditory hallucinations.
