Diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma from a Blood Sample Failed To Be Centrifuged: A Case Report

It causesdysplasia of clonal plasmocyte in marrow, bringsthe secretion of monoclonal immune globulinor its fragment (M protein), inducing relatedorgans or tissues lesion. MM has a diversity ofclinical features such as anemia, ostealgia, kidney failure, infection, hemorrhage and so on [3], so they result in misdiagnosis easily, thus laboratoryexaminations are very essential fo r differentia ldiagnosis. Now we will introduce a typical caseof MM with a special blood sample.
